My commitment to the success and wellness of others, is driven by my lived experiences.

Twenty years of professional experience, primarily in the financial services sector, further informed by what I experienced in life - drives a focused, compassionate partnering with you on your path towards achieving your goals.

My commitment to you is an experience 110% focused on you. Setting a goal and embarking on meeting it is my passion.

• International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Personal & Executive Coach (CPEC)

• 20-year business career based out of New York City - including international business experience. Prior roles at:

  • S&P Global (previously Standard & Poor's)

  • Tiffany & Co.

  • Christie's

• Master's degree holder

• Private school Board Trustee at nursery through grade 12
